Today, I’m going to challenge myself by doing something out of the blue. I’m going to use just ubuntu, for every single task I perform on my laptop. I usually use Arch for my linux system, and windows for major tasks. Today Ubuntu replaces both. Things I do majorly include web browsing, document editing, graphic designing, and light programming. I haven’t even used my Arch system for a couple of days at this point, I’ve been using my Windows instance for every single task.
Why Ubuntu?
Well, it’s a running joke within me and my friends that Ubuntu is for losers and noobs. Well, I personally didn’t have a great time using Ubuntu myself. Bugs, graphic issues and just crashes have always haunted me, hence my hate for Ubuntu. Let’s see what Ubuntu 24.04 LTS has in store for me.
My Laptop Specs
I use a pretty basic Intel laptop
CPU : Intel Core i7-1255U
GPU : Intel Iris Xe
RAM : 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz

I’ll keep you guys updated about my experiences with daily and weekly updates (hopefully) and you guys can send me suggestions on my mail. Stay Tuned 🙂
